The solution was discovered when a friend of mine bought a Tooya X Graphics Tablet for a gift, and discovered aside from the name of his tablet, it was the same as mine.... This lead to us installing the software onto my PC just to see if it would change anything.. Eureka !!!
We did first uninstalled the old software, and installed the new software (without the tablet connected to the PC)... Once the software was installed, we connected my Vistablet VT Realm Graphics Tablet, and adjusted the settings in the user interface. The results where outstanding.. Three years I have had a graphics tablet but was not using it to its full potential because the updated drivers were not available from the manufacturer or anywhere for that matter... The difference in having pressure sensitivity is night and day! See images below for example.

Good luck and I hope this solution also works for you as well as it did me.
